Good exercises to get a kink out of your neck?

I must've napped funny during the afternoon..ever since I've had a really bad almost knot like kink on the right side of my neck.

  • Just roll your head around a few times it helps to loosen up the muscles.

  • ya, tilt your head slowly to each side of your head, and front and back for a few seconds until you feel a good stretch.

  • Put your hand on top of your head and stretch slowly on each side as far as you can go.

  • nice warm compress to loosen and relax the muscles, then slowly stretch them by from one side to the other as far as you can go with the help of the opposite hand, then switch to the other side.
