2 Bumps

I've been having terrible Braxton/Hicks contraction for the past few days. My back hurts really bad after. Would taking Tylenol work to get rid of the after pain?

BTW: I'm 38 weeks and as of last week Tuesday, I'm dilated 2 cm.

  • try getting in the tub with warm water or just the shower hitting ur back its a lot of release if u can u can just put hot towels on ut back good lock & congratulations!!!!

  • Tylenol never worked for me. try taking a warm bath with bath salt. light a few candles and relax. Congratulations :)
