  • My very "Being". The part of me that makes up ME:) It is the energy behind my smile, the sadness behind my tears. It is the love I give to my children, the very reason my heart beats. It is untouchable by any and all people. it is purely "me" beneath the me.

  • The sum of our activities, our personal habits, Inherited traits, memories, experiences, thoughts, knowledge, etc. Our "inner consciousness" if you will. It is it needs brain activity to function so when we die so does our conscious. It doesn't live outside of us, it IS us.
