Is there any excerise or diets that can help me loose wieght 7 months post pregenancy

  • I do yoga, pilates and Billy Blanks. Depends on the day :) I also eat whole grains (no white bread, white pasta, white rice) and I eat lots of fruits and veggies... I drink a ton of water too :)

  • I did the HCG diet! It's tough but worth the results I lost 20 lbs in 30 days! Research it! It's an easy way to get the weight off fast!

  • A protein shake for breakfast. More meals per day, but small amounts - cut the fried foods and processed foods. Then for dinner, I use the eliptical 30 minutes a day at my own pace, along with a protein shake afterwards. Good luck. Everybody is different.
