  • No. We have a gas fireplace and we don't even keep the pilot light lit because the idea of fire in a house freaks me out. I have been to homes that have wood stoves lit though and it does feel cozy. I just wouldn't want it in my own home.

  • yes. We do and live in the country. My property has 2 acres of wood so we've already been splitting wood for the winter. Our house stays nice and cozy all winter long,w/o the big heating bills

  • We have a buckstove insert in our fireplace. We do use it in the winter.

  • We did but we got rid of it because in increased our home-owner's insurance ALOT. We used to buy local wood.
