What helps a guy last longer in bed..

..and not shoot off so quick? i think my SO would be more comfortable with something topical rather than pills, any suggestions will help though. thanks.

  • you can gently tug down on his balls, they raise up and get really tight just before a guy comes...

  • Somethings that I have learned over the years that work.
    1) He needs to know his own body. He needs to be able to tell when he's getting close, so that he can slow down and pull himself back from the brink.
2)You need to know his body and reactions well enough so that you know when he's getting close. That way if he doesn't slow himself down, you can change the pace and do it for him.
    3) When either of you feel him getting close. Stop and switch positions. This makes his body pretty much stop in it's tracks and he has to build back up to the level of getting close once again.
    4) When either of you feel him getting close. Stop and switch to some "during play" (foreplay 'esque activities) for a little while. Then go back to intercourse. Again, this slows his body/body response down and he has to build back up to being close to orgasm.

  • Unlike women. Men actually have a physical point of "no return" . No not blue balls are anything silly like that.. lol.. But because of their sexual physical make up. Their bodies, once they are excited enough to getting close to their peak, actually kick into overdrive and almost works on it's own. Without actually thinking about it, their bodies will just instinctively go into overdrive until ejaculation. So a man, needs to know his body, and his signals for getting close, so that he can slow himself and in order to keep from ejaculating so quickly.

So. He needs to learn his body and learn to slow down when his body starts kicking into overdrive ..

  • Tugging on his scrotum helps... when he tells you that he is fixing to cum, STOP everything dead cold for a minute so he can cool it down just a tad, the start again... and keep doing it until you are ready for him to cum.
