  • Think of eating the same way you did when you were pregnant. If you can handle it, continue to take your prenatal vitamins, stay away from fast food and alcohol, and keep sweets down to a minimum. Lots of fruits and veggies, and simply maintain a balanced diet.

  • Drink plenty of water....I think they say Drink to thirst. Anyway I am so thirsty ( I have a two month old and we are EBF) and I end up drinking two-three liter's of water a day....sounds like a lot but I am convinced that is what is helping my supply...
