What are good ways to relieve back pain while 37 weeks pregnant?

  • Heating pad & Tylenol... I'm not sure if they'll let ya have anything stronger... but you can ask your doc. Also a nice long massage from SO or treat yourself to an hour or so at a spa.

  • I has the sciatica BAD. One thing I learned was to lay on the ground with my legs up the wall. Opens the hips and gets some pressure off the nerve. I'm also a big fan of the shower massage in the hottest water you find comfortable and safe. Feel better Moma!

  • Chiropractor! Mine doesn't use the cracking methods. I never had back pain with either pregnancy. Find one that will take your insurance.
