How can a person avoid GMO foods? It seems like they are everywhere.

  • The Dr. mercola website has a lot of good info on how to avoid these foods. I think if you type in GMO in the search on his site you'll find what you're lookiing for

  • There are laws on labeling. If you look them up I am sure it will tell you exactly what to look for. I used to know. With that information you should be able to avoid those foods. However I am pro gmo. Foods become modified for a reason. Sometimes such as with tomatoes they are genetically modified to provide longer shelf life. Other times they are made to have increased nutritional value. Scientists don't change things for no good reason. I had done a paper on this topic a few years ago. I'm sorry but I no longer have the references, my computer crashed and I lost all my papers.
