  • I literally hummed the hot dog song (disney channel watchers know what Im talking about) in line at the grocery store today. Is this what my life has become? I used to be so cool!

  • so this is off topic but did you know that after sesame street was finally allowed on air (nobody would give it a chance) they did research and realized that children retain more information if they make fewer episodes and play them more often? You will notice most cartoons now are like that.

  • My dd is 5 and has Down syndrome so still LOVES all the toddler shows including, ugh, Barney. We've been trying to get her to watch more Little Bear.

I have two teenagers, 17 & 15.5. Blue's Clues first came on when they were young and the SAME SHOW played everyday for a week so "kids would retain the information they learned". It was awful, but way before DVR's...

  • I'm gonna kill myself if I have to watch Max & Ruby one more time this week. LOL I still can't understand why DS likes them, other than he gets that same look on his face that Max does when he's up to something mischievous.
