  • Try eating Knox clear gelatin. It helps the hair to grow and become stronger, also my daughter had real thin hair and I started using horse shampoo and conditioner which can be bought at Wal-mart or Kroger. Her hair really got thick after using the shampoo.

  • Quality mouse around scalp where you want fullness and blow dry.

  • I turn my head upside down to blow it dry. I also like using a curling brush instead of an iron, mine blows hot air through it unlike a regular curling iron.

I also sometimes use Sunsilks volumizing mousse, it works pretty well when my hair is really flat!

  • Volumizing shampoo, conditioner and gel/lotion and a hot blow dryer-

  • do you know why it is flat? Is it oily (try switching to a clarifying shampoo weekly to daily depending on needs)? Is it thin? (try a root boaster, or blowdrying with your head down, and nozzle pointing down the hair shaft, don't point up because it will rough the cuticle and cause massive frizz).
