  • I used to when I had periods.  It came in very handy when I developed my fibroids.  I was able to give my gyno a detailed history of my cycle in which my rapid deterioration was clearly evident.

  • I do, I'm 41 if that matters. I like to have an idea when to expect it, is that anal? I'm so busy I completely forget...I get so pissy the day before that I like to be aware of it so I don't bite my husband and kids heads off, lol.

  • I like to know when to expect mine. I mark it on the calendar with a little red dot. Otherwise I forget and it either takes me by surprise (usually while I am out and about of course) or I get worried that it is late.

  • Same as beeky. Keeping track of them showed that I was bleeding abnormally, too long and too often.

  • I do. But, I am trying NFP for birth control. And I need to track in case I do end up pregnant.
