Wedding gift idea for young couple expecting baby.

I know baby shower stuff and wedding stuff should be kept separate. When I asked what they needed, she said "kitcheny stuff" lol. So, I was thinking maybe a towel/dishrag/rug set in her favorite color (though I don't know HIS favorite) and a 16-piece glass set. On a tight budget, so nothing too expensive.

  • I think since she said she needs kitchen stuff you should get ktichen stuff. :-) Don't worry about the baby. :-) There will be time to cover that basis when she's born

  • That sounds fine, who cares what color HE likes!! just kidding. It's tough if they didn't register. She said kitchen, so you are right on track.

  • How about a gift certificate to William Sonoma or Sur La Table (both online or retail stores) so they can pick what THEY want and need and not worry about getting four toasters.

  • Are they registered somewhere? I would get them something off their registry. If they aren't registered then I would get them a gift card to Williams Sonoma, Target, or Bed Bath and Beyond.
