  • You should feed your baby on demand and make sure he/she doesn't go more than 3 or 4 hours without feeding. The more he feeds the more milk you make. Also you can pump in between feedings or whenever you can't feed him. Just be sure to get enough stimulation to get the milk going.. You can also talk to a lactation consultant about taking supplements for it. Hope this helps! =]

  • Join the group breastfeeding moms and check out the sticky post about supply boosters, most moms think supply is low and its not, watch for 6-8 diapers a day if you are EBFing, a really wet one equals 2 diapers, this means your supply is fine. Use the site as help too!

  • be sure to drink a glass of water with each breastfeeding, don't use nicotine, and be easy with caffeine are some good suggestions. skin to skin contact with baby is one of mother nature's best ways!

  • Drink PLENTY of Water! Water is VERY important in a good supply of milk. Also eat wholesome meals and snacks as if you were still preger's.
