Is it possible that I can skip a period? adult content

it's been a week since I was supposed start my period. Is it possible that it could skip this month?

  • You could skip or you could be pregnant.
    But if you are a teen - quit having sex - that's the only way to keep getting pregnant.

  • Yes, anything is possible. You should go to a doctor to see if there is some underlying issue or if you are pregnant. I skipped my period for 4 months once. I was anorexic at the time. One usually doesn't skip a period without a reason, either a pregnancy, hormonal problem, endocrine problem, pregnancy or, like I said, eating disorders can make you skip periods. Go to the doctor.

  • There are tons of reasons for missing a period. The most common (other than pregnancy of course) is stress.

  • Very common for a teen to miss a month from having a period. Hormones and stress can cause that. So can sports. Of course it is also possible that if you are sexually active, you could be pregnant.

  • Yes, it is possible. You could also stick your head in a hole and pray the world would go away.
