  • I say apples too!! My son LOVES Pink Lady apples. They are sweet so he can eat them all day if I would let him :-)

  • Feed foods high in fiber, and apple juice.

  • prunes are a healthy laxative that tastes great apple juice, prune juice should do the job to I would try that before any over the counter medicine first and it will taste better to.

  • Cranberry Juice, Apple Juice, Prune juice or really, any type of juice would work. If I overdo it, Juicy juice of ANY kind gives them the squirts.

  • Juice, a lot of juice, works as a great laxative/stool softner. You could also feed your child a bunch of prunes (found in the dried food section). They are super sweet so you might not have much of a problem getting them to eat them.
