If your birth control affected your breastmilk supply

How long did it take after stopping for your supply to normalize? What was your birth control?

  • Do you mean the pill? The ones with estrogen can decrease your supply. I never took it. Once you stopped you should have your period and things should go back to normal??? I'm not sure. Here is some general info

  • I take micronor and it doesn't have estrogen and I haven't had problems with supply.
