  • It is different in each case, in every woman. The cervix is situated at the top of vagina. When approaching ovulation, the cervix raises and softens and the opening becomes larger. When ovulation passes by, the cervix lowers and hardens again. It can also stay high and drop suddenly at the onset of menstruation. Just before the period starts, the cervix is low and hard. This is very good to know if you are trying to conceive. By learning the position of your cervix, you can predict your ovulating days.
