What are you making for dinner?

I made catfish, brocolli covered with cheese sauce and mac and cheese with bacon in it.... The only way to get my SO to eat veggies is to cover them in some sort of sauce lol

  • Today its Steak Fajitas with homemade corn tortilla and loads of fresh sauteed vegetables (onions, peppers, zucchini, eggplant, hot peppers)

  • My husband grilled barbecued chicken and I made pasta salad and honey glazed carrots. It was 70ish outside. I have to take advantage of his grilling skills while I can!!

  • I am making fried porkchops and rice, with homemade fried donuts for dessert. Not healthy, I know...but they eat well every other night..just want something fun and different.
