Not good enough.

I feel like since I've gained weight while pregnant that I'm just not good enough for my husband anymore. He's always been so cute even when he hasn't taken a shower for a couple days and is running on no sleep.

I hate looking in the mirror lately. My face has just become so swollen and unattractive. He's so sweet he gives me just as many compliments as before, but I mean I'm not blind, I know I don't look as good as before. I want my confidence back. :/

  • Oh babe. You are just as pretty as you were before being pregnant...if not more pretty. All your husband sees is you, the beautiful wife that he married now carring what will become the new joy of his life and to him, you couldnt be more perfect.

I think most women go through these feelings...I know I do, and as my husband keeps telling me, your still the beautiful women I married. My husband also says, If a man things his wife has lost his looks during pregnancy, then he is no man at all. (we have friends having issues with this as well). Keep that pretty little head of your held up high, you are PREGNANT AND YOU ARE BEAUTIFUL!!!

  • Awe thank you that's so sweet. I still feel like an ugly blob, but I've only got five more weeks left so I just need to be patient and wait.
