Whats a good weight ?

Tried weight watchers and got frustrated with the point system. Plus the fee every week when you are on a budget.

  • If you attended weight watchers they should have given you a book with information about a healthy BMI. If your BMI falls in the healthy range then your weight is ok, however, if it goes over then you need to lose weight. I think my BMI is 25 so if I go over I'm overweight. I use to weigh 160 and I'm 5'2 and I was considered obese. I am now 130 and am at a healthy BMI

  • Well, that would depend on your body structure. Are you an ectomorph, mesomorph or an endomorph. I am a mesomorph, so I have a lot of muscle and weigh more probably than someone else that could wear my clothing...understand?
