What time do you not eat after at night?

  • When you're eating healthy and trying to lose weight you shouldn't eat anything 2 hours before you go to bed. When you go to bed your body is at rest, naturally, and that means your body stores everything that you eat prior. So regardless of what you eat your body is holding onto the food and you don't burn it off throughout your regular day.

  • I eat anytime.. My fav is cereal at midnight.. I eat when I am hungry and I stop when I am satisfied NOT stuffed or full.. There is a difference.
