  • what my hubby always did, and i do sometimes, but it's normally daddy's thing, lay him on his back, take his feet in your hands, and push his knees up toward his belly. make it a game. hold his hands, and with a big smile on your face and a happy toned voice, say "are you ready?" then count to 3 and when you say 3 push his legs up. keep repeating this, and you should relieve some gas.   • Rub his belly clockwise. You can use some oil if you want. This gets his little belly moving.
