Sister Wives Investigation?

Does anyone else think this is crazy? They are basically being persecuted for their religion. They aren't hurting anyone. There have been people charged for underage marriage... that I understand but they are all consenting adults. Why do people fear things that they don't know and want to punish people for believing differently then they do?

  • IMO they should be left alone... They aren't hurting anyone, and they have a solid family. What really convinced me was the fact that they are putting it all out there.. If they had anything to hide I don't think they would have agreed to put it on TV...

What's really refreshing is seeing a family with children that are happy... Not 6 or 8 screaming, crabby kids.... Just sayin!!

  • A lot of them are commiting welfare fraud, which is why govt gets interested in them. The wives that are not legally married to him but living in the same house are getting welfare benefits, food stamps, medicaid, because they are not counting the other wives or the husbands income.

  • Maybe it's because polygamy is ILLEGAL??? It's fine to have different beliefs, but when you're knowingly breaking the law and MAKE A TV SHOW ABOUT IT, you risk being investigated, arrested, charged with a felony, etc.
