  • I eat 3 times a day and snack in between meals so I'm pretty sure it's not my sugar levels. I think I may have a vitamin defficiency somewhere. I am a breastfeeding mom btw. I still take a prenatal vitamin and in addition I take a DHA supplement and recently started drinking dan activ for immunity support. Anyone know if calcium/potassium being low can make you feel this way? I got back my labs on my iron levels and they are fine. I have MVP (mitral-valve prolapse) as well, and it tends to make me feel run-down sometimes.
