peeing at night

My son hadn't had a night time accident in three months. He has woke up the last three nights soaking wet.nothing has changed so what could be causing this? He has also been having a lot of day time accidents as well. He is 22 months which I know is young but he has done so well.

  • Sometimes they regress a little. Go back to the basics and help him through it. The nighttime dryness can take years to achieve even if he has done OK some nights. Best wishes

  • Exactly what elizabr said - sometimes they backtrack. Take him back to the beginning and congratulate him when he does well. Don't make a big stink out of it when he has accidents, like elizabr said, it takes years to be dry every night!

  • I agree. Don't make a big deal out of it if he has an accident. Has he not been feeling well? or had an infection? Just try to take him back to the beginning, stay positive and be proud of him for a doing a great job. He will get back on track, it may just take a few days. Good luck!
