I am 29 weeks pregnant, and having contractions... adult content

They started Tues night and stull having them today. Yest I went to Labor and Delivery. They put me on the monitor and say I was having small ones every 30 mins. The checked me and I am completely closed, but said I had a yeast infection. Plus she said I wasnt drinking enough, cause my urine came back to dark. So they prescribed me a cream, used it last night, barely slept, I was an still is having contractions every 30 mins. And my undies were soaked. I am not sure if its from the cream or not. I been drinking lots of water, but when will these contractions stop?

This is my 3rd pregnancy, never expiernced this before

  • i can not tell you when or if they will stop
can you call doctor office when they open?
a little concerned with the soaked undies- is this pee? has this happened before? is this the cream? -what do you think
did doc say call back if do not stop after X amount of time?
make a call, 24 hour nurse is on duty, they have your medical history/chart, and will be able to advise better than anyone on a computer

good luck, hope all works out fine

  • Call the Dr. as soon as he opens. He/she will probably want to see you. Do not stress, just sit down with your feet up and pay attention to your body.
