  • Yes. If you are a fairly high risk for miscarriage. There is a substance in the semen that can cause a woman to miscarry. I'm sure you already know sex can start labor in the later months, but it can also cause labor in the very early weeks. This is why sex is best avoided the first trimester if you are prone to miscarriage. It's rare, but it does happen.

  • There is a hormone in Semen called Prostaglandins but to do not cause a women to go into labor. They can ripen your cervix but it would be extremely rare to have this happen at such an early stage in pregnancy.
