I need ideas on having a 5 year olds bday INSIDE..Because of the rain my lovely outdoor party is now indoors..Too bad a pool, trampoline and inflatable slide wont fit in my house...

So Im not sure what to do..What do you guys think I could do that the kids would enjoy?

  • Have a video game system set up. Do a scavenger/treasure hunt. Have a fake tattoo station where you apply them to the kids. All you really need are a couple of activities. Boys that age are amazing at amusing themselves.

  • Go to for some great ideas.
    You can have three legged races.
    Sack Races.
    You can have a bean bag toss.
    Sand Art.
    Make puppets.
    Buy paper Machet (sp?) animals at Michaels and have the kids decorate them..

  • do you have a theme? If you do, play games that fit around the theme (like a pirate theme scavenger hunt, or decorate a potato boat, etc).

  • Pin the tail on the donkey, movies, board games, interactive games where there can be a number of children love wii and we have the running pad, all the sports devices, and a number of controllers for multiple players. Then some dinner, cake, and good nite to all!!
