What over-the-counter medicine do you use for pain ?

I have injuries and have found Excedrin back and body and a topical treatment called Bio-Freeze have worked the best so far. Just wondering what you have found that works...

  • Recent evidence has linked many over the counter pain medications known as nonsteroidal antiinflammatory drugs (advil, motrin) to increased risk of heart disease -all except naproxen which is the active ingredient in Aleve. Also, it is important to carefully control the daily dose of acetaminophen (tylenol) to under 2600 mg per day -especially when used regularly to prevent liver damage.
