Strange--I use to turn on a light switch and the light would happen. Now, when I turn on a light switch there is a delay. This is happening at my home and at rental property.

It is as though the electricity is running down the wire from the switch to the light. When in the past this was instantaneous. Am I crazy? What could cause this to be happening? Have others expericenced this?

  • Yes - the CF bulbs cause a delay.

  • I just mentioned this question to my husband and he said FLOURESENTS.
Wow, I did not know what was going on. I expect immediate resonse from my computer and my light switches.
So now my lights are less bright and slower, but cheaper and greener.
    What a choice.
