I would like to know how to make good roasted pumkin seeds

I have tried a different way every year they are never really good. I would like them to be salty, but if you have good sweet recpies I would love that too.

  • I soak mine in a saltwater brine overnight. Then, drain them and toss with some olive oil or vegetable oil. Then I spread them out on my cookie sheets and sprinkle with sea salt. I stir them a few times while roasting and spinkle with more sea salt if needed. I always roast them till they start to turn a bit golden.

  • We always soak our pumpkin seeds in water and salt overnight and then roast them the next day.
