  • Usually crank the music really loud. I try not to drive when tired of course, but sometimes it can't be helped.

  • Loud music, and I turn the AC on as cold as I can make it. I keep blankets in the car so the kids are fine... I try not to drive when sleepy as well, but it seems im always tired (no matter how much sleep I get) so I have just learned to deal with it.

  • the radio has to be on music with good, fast beat. or an oldies station that i can sing along with.
i stop frequently to walk around, breathe the air, and refresh my diet dp. i keep the seat up, rather than reclined and 'comfortable', so i'm more likely to stay aware of what i'm doing.

  • I pop a tic tac in my mouth 'cause sometimes even in the big city (Phoenix), I can get a little drowsy while driving. If it's a road trip I eat sunflower seeds.

  • If it is cold outside I have the window down if it is hot then the AC is blasted, music with an upbeat going, some kind of caffeine to drink, and adjust the seat so I am sitting straight up.... However I really try not to drive while I'm tired but it happens.
