How much do you spend each on your kids for Christmas gifts?

I do maybe $60-75 each through out the year.

  • Well last year was my daughters 1st Christmas, and we spent a little over 100. Now I have 2 babies, so it will probably be close to 200. lol!

  • Depends on the kid. Last year we spent $100+ on the oldest, he was 10. Then the other two about $120 for the both of them together, ages 1 and 3. The little ones don't know or care how much was spent, but the older one does and since he is older, he should be getting more expensive gifts.
When the younger ones are older, we will make it more even.

  • 50 bucks each, plus stocking stuffers. they each get 1 big present from mom and dad, and then one present from santa (which are free, right? lmao). the present from santa depends on what they want. usually it's pretty cheap lol.

  • the older they get the more you have to spend. i have a 9 and 5 yr old and a 5 month old. and christmas is NEVER cheap. i know it had to be at least 1000 altogether last christmas. things arent cheap these days.

  • i believe last year i spent 300..just one..probably do about the same this year. I'm actually hoping i can get away with less though. I'm getting him a wii for his bday and thats a little pricey (his bday is right bfore christmas) and i already told him we are not doing toys this year for christmas because he already has every toy you can imagine...i was thinking we could have fun the week after and i could just get him gift certificates for bowling, movies, stuff. He's my only baby so i have to spoil him =)

  • Last year I can't even tell you how much was spent. We went even more overboard then we normally do. Almost the whole living room was covered with gifts for him.....I always try to make up for my past & then this past year his papa died in the home (He he was a total papa's boy) the week before thanksgiving..... & my goddaughter was staying with us. (we spent about 400 on her & she's not even our child.....if that tells you anything) but we also start buying early..

Like this year, I don't know how much we'll spend. but my son has only asked for five simple things. (well he also wants a wii pretty badly, which isn't that simple, but we'll get it if we can swing it.) & my goddaughter doesn't live with us anymore so He'll get a lot. but not as much as last year.)
