Can I lose 10-15 pounds in 2 weeks, and if so, HOW??? Be nice, please...

I am going to Florida for a week, and I would LOVE to fit into my bathing suit! I am about 190 I guess, and I want to get down a bit... I need a quick way to lose some poundage!!! And DON'T say "Well, just don't EAT, Fatty!" Because I will be sad... :(

  • Those diet pills are really bad for you!
    I would say eat 6 very small meals a day. To fill in your hunger between meals eat celery with peanut butter or something good for you to flavor it. Celery is negative calorie food so you burn more calories eating it than it has in it. Eat a lot of fruits and veggies. Salads with a vinagarett of some sort or low-fat dressing. Light exercise should be fine. Good luck honey! And if anyone makes any unnecessary comments report them to cafemom.

  • The fastest way I ever lost weight was on Atkins. 12lbs in 8 days. You might want to check it out. I was on it for a yr and lost about 25 lbs.
