How and what makes the doctor determine that you need a c-section instead of vaginal birth??

  • size of baby,if too big to push through,some even just wanna do a c section for more money,size of the mom and her hips if she can handle the baby coming out,like if the baby is too big and the mom aint that big her hips wise.thats what ive heard.any complications like babys heads wrapped around the embilical cord or short breathing.thats all ive heard

  • My baby girl is still breach. She's weighing in at 7lb 3oz and it doesn't look like she has much room to move, so he doesn't think she'll turn. We scheduled a section for the 3rd...but if she turns I'll go ahead with the natural birth plans.

  • Breech position, previous c-section, mothers stresses about labor (extreme cases), petite size of mother... talk to your OBGYN about any concerns you have :).
