  • I have a bottle of generic OTC acid reducer pills I have to pop occassionally. I had horrible heart burn/acid reflux when I was pregnant and it never quite went away.

  • I would take Mylanta, tums or rolaid!!! Keep away from the zantac etc. until you really need it!

  • Currently I have an Rx medication that I take due to acid reflux. Before that I would use tums or rolaids- and they helped.
