  • as DRPhil says (sorry) when you've done everything you can to make it work but it hasn't helped and when your comfortable enough to walk away with No hard feelings. i had this when i left my ex husband. i knew i did everything i could to help but it wasn't working and i just felt peace about leaving. of course if you love him your going to be emotional but you'll know when its time. the heartbreak goes away after awhile

  • I think the above posts are right I think its time when you have nothing left to give and you are comfortable with the thought of being without the person and it can be an easy clean break with no huge hard feelings!!
