IM READY TO GET BACK TO MY WORK OUT ROUTINE: RUNNING, AROBICS, P90X ETC. IS IT TOO SOON?

  • 6 weeks is when you can work out but you can still do some walking. Try doing it with baby in a stroller.

  • Not yet. 6 weeks is when you will most likely be released by a doctor to work out. At 2 weeks PP, you are still at risk for hemmorage. And if you are wanting to get back into your routine, I think you should start a little slower than p90x.

  • Wow, not like that! You can walk, do mild exercises, but P90X and running? No way! You will increase your bleeding and lengthen your healing time.
