do you ever get sick of those 100's of vcr tapes all taking up space, drawers, closets, shelves?

I am going to toss out so many, being as they've been played like 50+ times a piece. Can't have one more. Dvd's are ok, being they are so flat and save room for much more decorative things.

I just don't love watching repeats. Will soon drop in a donation box.

  • Heck no. I have a whole bunch of Headbanger's Ball tapes from the 1980s and early 1990s that I covet. Eventually I want to get them put on DVD. I got rid of most of the movies a long time ago though. There's a few left.

  • The only VHS tapes I have are the ones from my old, old video camera. The have my son's first year on them. We have all DVD's, mostly kids movies. I have them all in a CD case, and threw out all the hard cases. I think I got rid of my VHS tapes because my son would use them for building blocks, and I picked them up several times a day....LOL

  • I'm slowly trying to replace my VHS tapes with the DVD counterparts. That way I can keep my collection but I've modernized it.
