How do I fix stinky sink drains?

My sink drains smell rotten and moldy, what do I put down them to make them smell fresh again? ive tried bleach, and baking soda/vinegar.

  • If you have a garbage disposal lift the rubber flaps and clean under there with a spray and scraper. Mine gets nasty from time to time and needs to be cleaned. Just one idea.................

  • I put coffee grounds down the disposal once or twice a week, and have never had a problem with it getting stinky! For the regular sink side, maybe you need to take the elbow pipe off and clean it really well? Baking soda usually works, I wonder if thre's something stuck in there?

  • lemon juice in regular drains, if you have a garbage disposal just cut a lemon in half and run it threw it
