  • Have you tried moleskin? I think you can get it with first aid supplies and/or wherever they sell inserts for shoes; just trim some to size and stick it in the back of your shoe. I've never tried it but my sister swears by it, and she wears flats for long days on her feet at work.

  • Moleskin would work, yes. Depends on what and where. If it's the top edge rubbing hard, it might only work for a few days. I also would put bandaids on the back of my heel too where it would rub. Otherwise, the more pricier route would be to get a shoe stretcher.

  • Moleskin works really well, I've even put bandaids on my heels so prevent blisters.

  • I put bandaids on my heels if I know the shoes tend to blister.

  • Band Aid makes a product called Blister Blockers. They are like a band aid, but are sticky all over. They go on your heel and stay there for a few days. You can put them right on an existing blister. My son has used them with his hockey skates.
