Why do you feel tired when you're pregnant when you take vitamins that are supposed to be enough for you and baby?

  • All that energy that normally goes to your body functions is going straight to baby! It's exhausting, isn't it?

  • Because your hormones are all over the place and all of your energy is still going to the baby. Vitamins ave nothing to do with energy. It helps to have more but that little baby is a piggy and takes all of it away. That was one thing I hated about being pregnant is always being tired.

  • I was going to say the same thing as LuvMyMedic. It takes a TON of energy to make a person! The first and third trimesters are the most tiring. Just try to get some rest when you can.
