What are some tasty low-cal (filling) things you like to eat?

I have decided maybe I need to start eating things like stir-fry and soup more often to lose a few pounds. I was just wondering what everyone else eats when they want to lose some weight.

  • V8, if you like it, is GREAT for dieting, even better if you can acclimate yourself to the low sodium. it's thick so it's very filling, and very low-cal.

  • Yogurt! With strawberries sliced and mixed into the yogurt. Or string cheese,low fat and a handful of nuts such as cashews or walnuts. Or some Hunt's fat-free pudding.

  • v8 juice is GREAT. I love it and it is a very filling drink so that helps, lol. only 50 calories per cup. Hard Boiled Eggs are good too. Fresh veggies and string cheese. Fresh Fruits.

  • Greek yogurt has more protein than regular yogurt and its quite yummy with some berries mixed in
    I find carrots are filling because they're so crunchy and satisfying.

  • i LOVE frosted mini wheats!! They are perfect with out the milk for a quick snack and they are very filling and lightly sweetened!! i also love thinks like apples and bananas with a little bit of peanut butter. good luck!
