  • I normally go twice a year. But a little over a year ago, their office burnt down. When they moved into a new office, I was pregnant and they need x-rays to do anything more than cleaning and they usually find my teeth not to need the cleaning. My last checkup was due around March of so, but they told me to wait until after the baby was born. Turns out, baby needed a 3 month NICU stay and I'm just now starting to think about making some appointments for myself again.

  • once or twice a year (once is the minimum recommended). It is up to the dentist to determine if you should go more...remember, if he recommends frequent visits, and you think you are healthy, get a second opinion, you don't want to get over charged either.
