Egg subsitute

Ladies I need a replacement for eggs in a cake recipe. Any ideas?

  • Bananas- mash them up. About 1/2 banana per egg

  • There's also a product called egg replacer that many vegetarians and vegans use, you can find it in most natural foods stores.

  • Thanks for the ideas. I had to make a birthday cake and forgot to add eggs into the budget. I will def try the banana idea though. Hubby actually went next door and borrowed two eggs for the cake. Wish I had thought of that. It's so old school.
