  • the key is portion control. let's say your plate is 100%
50% should be filled with vegetables
    25% should be protein
    25% should be fiber/starch
try not to eat after 6pm and drink lots of water (forget sodas) and drink natural juices made from your own home with real fruit. This way, you will know the amount of sugar you put on your drinks.
Keep a food log and surf the internet for tips. There is a lot outthere.
    Hope this helps!

  • I just asked my doctor this and his answer was, "Weight Watchers. I cannot give you a diet better than Weight Watchers."

  • my friend recently went to the doctor and he told her the same thing. Not saying anything bad about weight watchers i just dont want to do it. she tried it and said she didnt have time for it. i just dont want to have to run to the internet every time to see how many points im eating lol. too complicated for me.

  • Eat small portions throughout the day instead of three full meals. Best advice I ever heard? Eat food, not too much, mostly vegetables.

  • Don't eat hamburgers and all fast food staff...even once a month, never!!! Don't eat 3-4 hours before you go to bed at night. Eat small portions.
