My 2 year old just asked... "Why don't I have my own computer?" Should I get her one?

  • DD who is 2 has one and ds who is 5 has his own. They are age appropriate learning ones. DD has a Vtech learning one and also an Elmo laptop and ds has some high tech learning one

  • We just got DS,2, the cutest Mickey Mouse learning laptop for $25 at K-Mart. Now when I get on the computer he'll go and get his and come and sit next to me and do his"work"

  • I'd leave some of these things until she was older. Things need to be spaced out over time so there are still things to "grow into". JMO No matter what you decide....enjoy!

  • I have bought the learning laptops for my nieces and nephews. It does make them feel like they are special that they have their own "computer". My little girl is only 5 months old so she isnt quite to that stage yet. But as far as an actual laptop, probably wouldn't do that. Actually, definitely wouldn't do that. I mean I dont even have my own laptop why the heck should my 2 yo
