I need to know what 11 year olds like...

and the cool stuff to wear, the books they may like to read, games they may like to play, the toys they may like, and anything else I should know. I am adopting an 11 year old boy!!

  • Sorry computer bliped ... just got the rest of your question.
My DS adores his Nintendo DSI and almost all of the boys have one. He still loves to build with Legos ...book wise he's into Dragons....as far as clothes he wears alot of t-shirts and jeans...
Good luck and just stay open to listening to your new blessings ideas. Boys aren't too hard to read if you just listenand ask questions when you don't get it. "Mom, UUUGGG, you just don't get it!" Just remind him you're a girl then they give you a little wiggle room. Have fun!!

  • Congrats, best answer to give you is to ask him his likes and dislikes and what interest him because no two boys are alike lol I got 6 lil'brothers each one more different than the next! One likes video games another sports so I suggest just asking him it will also establish good communication skills between you and him and will help him get to know you and he will see you care enough to find out more about who he is instead if assuming (they hate that lol)
