  • Go to they rate all of the known meds for pregnant and lactating women, and whether or not you should take them and such. You (in my opinion) shouldn't take sudafed, but if you Dr. told you it was okay you have to use your own judgement. The best things to do would be to take some Tylenol, run a vaporizer with some vapor steam in it, rub some Vick's on your chest, drink LOTS of spearmint and peppermint tea, as well as an induction of a cup of hot water, 2 tablespoons honey, and 2 teaspoons of lemon juice. These will all help you to get rid of your cold naturally. Sucking on Halls mentholyptus cough drops help as well, any cough drops really, you can also safely use Chloraseptic spray for your sore throat.
